- Organizations with forward-thinking HR teams are more likely to invest in performance management and feedback technologies and 64% more likely to take on HR analytics.

- 93% of respondents think visibility and transparency into their organizations’ top priorities and goals is essential to build a feedback culture when 85% and 83% of them cite “development and feedback” and “insights into every employee’s performance and skills” as the most important factors.
